Common questions

What does Property Cashflow property investment training cover?

It is a dedicated training platform built alongside our HMO and single-let management business, where investors learn to invest strategically using tools we developed in-house and grounded in our knowledge of the Liverpool and Wirral markets. The material is shaped by years of hands-on experience and is aimed at helping you identify, evaluate and reduce the risks in a property deal rather than learn theory.

Is the training online or in person?

Both. The training platform and the investor toolkit are online and available whenever you want them, and we run in-person and online events in London through the year — from the intensive Bootcamp to seminars, masterminds and networking.

How do I start if I am completely new to UK property?

Download the free book, work through the free calculators, and join one of the London or online events. The INVEST 101 session is written for people taking a first step, and covers the foundations of the UK market, the main strategies — Buy to Let, HMOs and Rent to Rent — and the expensive mistakes to avoid.

Do I need capital already saved to take part?

No. The events are designed so that your experience, existing knowledge and available capital do not decide whether you can attend. What they are for is working out which first step fits your actual situation, and meeting the people who can help you take it.
